Rule 3.15 - Pleading More Than One Cause of Action; Alternative Pleadings(a) More than one cause of action may be stated in a pleading. Each cause of action shall be stated in a separate count, preceded by a heading, and the count shall name the parties to that cause of action and shall contain a separate request for relief.(b) Causes of action and defenses may be pleaded in the alternative. Note: Rule 3.15 has no counterpart in former Orphans' Court Rules, but is derived from Pa.R.C.P. No. 1020.
