To the Defendant and all other parties in interest:
You are hereby notified that a property claim, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been filed by ____________ (Name) claiming property listed therein. Unless an appraisal of the property is requested within ten (10) days from the date of this notice, the sheriff without making an appraisal will accept the value of the property set forth in the claim.
