Section 405.72 - Grant awards(a) Grants shall be awarded by the Department to approved providers on a per-child basis, in an amount set by the Department, for each eligible student served by an approved provider.(b) The amount of grant funds provided per-student may not exceed the cost of administering the approved provider's prekindergarten program.
