Section 701.16 - Violations(a) An individual who is responsible for reviewing and approving applications for enrollment into the program (that is, the facility's designated representative) and who willfully fails to comply with § 701.12(2) and (3) or § 701.13 (relating to receipt and review of the CHRI report by facility; and nonacceptance of certain applicants) shall be subject to a civil penalty as provided for in § 701.21 (relating to responsibilities of the Department).(b) A facility administrator who willfully fails to comply with § 701.12(1) shall be subject to a civil penalty as provided in § 701.21.
