Section 171.22 - Personnel(a)Teachers. Teachers in approved private schools shall have public school certification appropriate to their assignment.(b)Supervisor. Each approved private school shall have at least one supervisor with public school certification appropriate to his assignment.(c)Teacher-student ratio. The teacher-student ratio shall be in accordance with the appropriate special education program standards.
