Section 141.11 - Submission of plan(a) Plans for the use of State funds shall be submitted in accordance with instructions provided by the State Library.(b) The plan shall cover the calendar year in which the library applies, or the calendar year immediately following, or the fiscal year (July 1 through June 30) which contains the date in which State aid is received.
