Section 73.11 - Organization of the State Board of Private Licensed Schools(a) At the first official meeting of a calendar year, Board members shall elect a member, in accordance with the act, to serve as chairperson and a second member to serve as vice-chairperson. The chairperson shall preside over meetings of the Board and, in the absence of the chairperson, the vice-chairperson shall preside.(b) If either the chairperson or vice-chairperson of the Board resigns or is otherwise unable to serve, a replacement shall be elected at the next official Board meeting.(c) If neither the chairperson nor the vice-chairperson is available for a meeting, the Board shall elect a member as temporary chairperson.
