Section 57.37 - Academic records(a) In addition to § 51.72 (relating to student), a secondary school shall prepare, on a separate document, the academic record of each student for the purpose of providing official transcripts to other agencies and institutions.(b) A secondary school which closes shall submit the original academic records of graduates to the Department.The provisions of this §57.37 adopted August 19, 1988, effective 8/20/1988, 18 Pa.B. 3690.The provisions of this §57.37 issued under the Private Academic Schools Act (24 P. S. §§ 6701-6721).
