Section 49.132 - Types of certificatesFive basic types of certificates will be issued, as follows:
(1) Career and Technical Instructional Intern.(2) Career and Technical Instructional.(3) Supervisor of Career and Technical Education.(4) Career and Technical Administrative Director.(5) Vocational Career and Technical Substitute Permits.The provisions of this § 49.132 amended September 12, 1980, effective 9/13/1980, 10 Pa.B. 3665; amended July 14, 2006, effective 7/15/2006, 36 Pa.B. 3655; amended April 22, 2022, effective 4/23/2022, 52 Pa.B. 2451.The provisions of this § 49.132 issued under sections 202, 408.1, 1302 and 1317-1320 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P.S. §§ 62, 118.1 (Repealed), 352 and 367-370 (Repealed)).
