Section 40.26 - AgreementsAn institution shall sign articles of agreement with the Department to include:
(1) Adoption of a new charter to reflect State-related status and obligations as specified in applicable provisions of Chapter 31 (relating to general provisions) and of this chapter.(2) Acceptance of Board policies and regulations to reflect State-related status and obligations as specified in applicable provisions of Chapter 31 (relating to general provisions) and of this chapter.(3) Disclosure of sources of income and expenditures as specified in § 31.14(c) (relating to financial records).(4) Provisions for equal educational opportunity, as specified in § 40.2 (relating to statement of philosophy, mission and need).The provisions of this §40.26 adopted April 30, 1982, effective 5/1/1982, 12 Pa.B. 1389.
