Section 31.31 - Admissions requirements(a) Published admissions standards shall be so structured that they result in the selection, admission and retention of those qualified to accomplish work at the level at which the program is offered.(b) Admission to undergraduate or advanced degree programs shall require a high school diploma or its equivalent.(c) For graduate programs, institutions shall establish appropriate maximum periods of candidacy so that time spent in pursuit of a graduate degree may not be unduly prolonged.The provisions of this §31.31 adopted April 30, 1982, effective 5/1/1982, 12 Pa.B. 1389.
