Rule 2115 - Order or Other Determination in Question(a)General Rule.-The text of the order or other determination from which an appeal has been taken or which is otherwise sought to be reviewed shall be set forth verbatim immediately following the statement of jurisdiction. See Rule 2111(b) (opinion below), however, for the placement of the text of any related opinions.(b)Failure to act.-If the matter relates to the failure of the trial court or other government unit to act, a statement of that fact and a brief citation of the statute or other authority under which it is claimed such action is required, will be sufficient.The provisions of this Rule 2115 adopted May 16, 1979, effective 9/30/1979, 9 Pa.B. 1740.
