Rule 107 - Seniority of Judges(A) The seniority of the members of the Court shall be computed from the dates of the members' appointments to the Court. (B) Should any two members be appointed to the Court at the same time, at the first meeting of the Court after their appointment, they shall cast lots for seniority. A record of the determination shall be maintained by the Clerk.
