Rule 20 - Entry of Appearance of Counsel(A) Counsel for a Judicial Officer shall file an entry of appearance with Chief Counsel.(B) The entry of appearance shall include counsel's name, address, phone number, and Pennsylvania Supreme Court Identification Number.
