(A) The Chair may appoint a Panel to take testimony and to summarize that testimony in a report to the Board.(B) A Panel shall consist of at least three members of the Board, one of whom shall be a lawyer and one of whom shall be a non-lawyer elector.The provisions of this Rule 7 adopted November 4, 1993, effective 11/4/1993, 23 Pa.B. 5786; amended March 20, 1995, effective 3/20/1995, 25 Pa.B. 1404.
