Section 181.1 - Funding of local court administration functions(a) The positions of district court administrator, deputy district court administrator, and supporting staff are hereby authorized in the number and with the salary ranges as established by the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania, with the approval of the Judicial Council.(b) The appointment of any person to a position created by this order shall be by the president Judge of the judicial district in which the person is to serve, subject to confirmation by the Court Administrator of Pennsylvania.(c) The budget request of the Judicial Department for the Fiscal Year 1974-75 as otherwise adopted this date be modified by adding with respect to the courts of common pleas an amount fixed by the Judicial Council for this purpose.The provisions of this § 181.1 are an unofficial codification of Agenda No. 73-5, Order No. 15, January 25, 1974, 4 Pa.B. 270.
