Section 127.101 - Reimbursement for travel expense(a)Scope. The provisions of this section apply to the following personnel of the system, to the extent such personnel are entitled to reimbursement for travel expense from appropriated or other public funds or receipts, except funds or receipts administered by a political subdivision: (1) Members of the Judicial Council of Pennsylvania.(2) The Court Administrator of Pennsylvania and the staff of the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts.(3) Members and staff of The Advisory Committee on Appellate Court Rules.(4) Members and staff of the Civil Procedural Rules Committee.(5) Members and staff of the Criminal Procedural Rules Committee.(6) Members and staff of The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.(7) Members and staff of the Judicial Inquiry and Review Board.(8) Members and staff of the Minor Court Civil Procedural Rules Committee.(9) Members and staff of the State Board of Law Examiners.(10) Members and staff of the Supreme Court Committee for Proposed Standard Jury Instructions.(11) Members and staff of the Supreme Court Orphans' Court Rules Committee.(12) Other personnel of the system to the extent such personnel are brought within the scope of this section by action of the court or judicial agency employing such personnel.(b)Automobile transportation. Transportation by private motor vehicle shall be reimbursed at the rate of 15 cents per mile for each mile traveled to and from the point of destination.
