Section 89.141 - Admissibility of evidence(a)General rule. In any proceeding admissibility of evidence shall be governed by the rules of evidence observed by the courts of common pleas of this Commonwealth in nonjury civil matters at the time of the hearing.(b)Pleadings. The petition for discipline and answer thereto, and similar formal documents upon which a hearing is fixed shall, without further action, be considered as parts of the record, but in no event shall pleadings, or any part thereof, be considered as evidence of any fact other than that of the filing thereof unless offered and received in evidence in accordance with these rules.The provisions of this §89.141 amended through May 18, 1979, effective 5/26/1979, 9 Pa.B. 1665.
