Section 31.9 - Standards for Accredited Continuing Judicial Education Provider StatusAccredited Continuing Judicial Education Provider status may be granted at the discretion of the Board to applicants satisfying one of the following requirements:
1. The provider has presented, within the past two (2) years, five (5) separate programs of CJE which meet the standards of quality set forth in these rules;2. The provider has demonstrated to the Board that its CJE activities have consistently met the standards of quality set forth in the rules and these regulations; or3. The provider is an American Bar Association accredited law school.
