Rule 301 - Judicial Council of Pennsylvania and Advisory Bodies(a)Establishment and status. the supreme Court may establish a Judicial Council or other advisory body to make recommendations to the Court on any matter referred to it by the Court. All actions of such bodies shall be subject to the supervision and approval of the Court.(b)Status of Other Judicial Bodies.
