Section 1.1 - Definitions

The following words and terms, when used in this part, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Code-Title 15 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes (relating to corporations and unincorporated associations).

Corporation Bureau-The Corporation Bureau of the Department.

Department-The Department of State of the Commonwealth.
