The following activities are prohibited:
(1) Starting or maintaining a fire except in a fireplace, grill, stove or other facility designated by the Department for campfires or except with written permission of the Department.(2) Leaving a fire unattended except with written permission of the Department.(3) Disposing hot charcoal except in a facility designated by the Department for charcoal disposal. This section cited in 17 Pa. Code § 11.223 (relating to violation of rules regarding conduct in State parks).
