Section 45.173 - Disability(a) It is unlawful to advertise a preference, limitation or discrimination against persons with disabilities or to advertise that the property is not accessible.(b) It is not unlawful to describe housing as accessible to persons with disabilities.The provisions of this § 45.173 adopted July 7, 2000, effective 7/8/2000, 30 Pa.B. 3434.The provisions of this § 45.173 issued under sections 1-6 of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (43 P. S. §§ 954, 955, 959, 959.1, 959.1 note, 959.3 and 963).
