Section 143.8 - Label required(a) A person may not sell or offer for sale a manufactured home unless it bears a label certifying that it conforms to this chapter, as provided in § 143.9 (relating to certification).(b) A person may not affix a label to a manufactured home which does not meet or exceed the standards required by this chapter.
