Section 135.48 - Review of plans(a) The Department will review plans in a timely fashion.(b) The Secretary will approve or disapprove a project based on the results of the Department's review and establish a maximum amount of tax credits to be granted.(c) Projects are approved for a 1-year period, corresponding with the fiscal year of the Commonwealth. Approved project activities of private companies, neighborhood organizations, or both, shall begin after the project receives approval from the Secretary.The provisions of this § 135.48 adopted March 4, 1988, effective 3/5/1988, 18 Pa.B. 937.
