(a) The program will be administered by the Office of Community Services.(b) The Office of Community Services will provide advice and assistance to businesses and neighborhood organizations and aid in the development of projects, processing of applications and arranging for the tax credits which are authorized for businesses participating in the program.The provisions of this § 135.21 amended October 10, 1981, effective 5/16/1981, 11 Pa.B. 1647; corrected October 10, 1981, effective 5/16/1981, 11 Pa.B. 3512; amended March 4, 1988, effective 3/5/1988, 18 Pa.B. 937.
