Section 133.4 - Responsibility of the Community Empowerment Office(a) The Office of Community Services is responsible for administration of the act and shall develop necessary amendments to this chapter for the administration of the act.(b) Field and program representatives of the Bureau shall be responsible for monitoring the program, making evaluation visits to agencies and submitting reports to the program manager.
