Section 133.35 - Agency fiscal responsibilities(a) An agency shall return unused grant funds to the Department upon demand for any violation of contract, work program or budget.(b) An agency shall not combine grant funds with any other funds and shall maintain separate accounting and internal controls for Commonwealth funds.
