Section 121.4 - Support from other Commonwealth resources(a) The Department will give priority, in rating applications for its other programs, to local governments having designated enterprise zones or local nonprofit organizations applying for funds for use in the municipality. These programs include housing and redevelopment assistance, neighborhood assistance and employment and community conservation.(b) The Department will encourage other Commonwealth agencies to give similar priority consideration in rating applications for assistance under their programs.The provisions of this § 121.4 adopted February 11, 1983, effective 2/12/1983, 13 Pa.B. 747; amended April 1, 1988, effective 4/2/1988, 18 Pa.B. 1493.
