Section 27.133 - Section heading

AN ACT

Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for the offense of aggravated assault.

The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. The heading of section 2702 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:

§ 2702. Aggravated assault and battery.
