Section 19.421 - Form of planSURPLUS PROPERTY DISPOSITION PLAN NO. 1 OF 1984
Disposition of surplus real property owned by Commonwealth.
Section 1. Under the requirements of Article XXIV-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, the Department of General Services developed, and the Governor approved, a plan for the disposition of surplus real property owned by the Commonwealth.Section 2. Upon the approval of the plan in whole or in part by the General Assembly by affirmative action or failure to act pursuant to the provisions of section 2404-A of the act of April 9, 1929 (P. L. 177, No. 175), known as The Administrative Code of 1929, and the act of April 7, 1955 (P. L. 23, No. 8), known as the Reorganization Act of 1955, the Department of General Services may implement the plan in accordance with law.
