Section 19.291 - Supplemental appropriationAN ACT
Making an additional appropriation to the Department of Commerce for the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The sum of $5,000,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Commerce for the fiscal year July 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985, as a supplemental appropriation for the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority for the purposes set forth in the act of May 17, 1956 (1955 P. L. 1609, No. 537), known as the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority Act.Section 2. This appropriation shall be in addition to all other appropriations made to the Department of Commerce for the same purpose.Section 3. This act shall take effect immediately.
