Section 19.284 - For purchase of equipment by departmentAN ACT
Making an appropriation to the Department of Agriculture for the purchase of horse stalls and a storage shed.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The sum of $160,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated to the Department of Agriculture for the purchase of portable metal horse stalls and a prefabricated storage shed to protect them when not in use.Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984, or immediately, whichever is later.
