Section 19.281 - From Motor License Fund for tax refundsAN ACT
Making an appropriation out of the Motor License Fund to the Treasury Department for refunding certain taxes to which the Commonwealth is not entitled.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The sum of $2,000,000, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of the Motor License Fund to the Treasury Department for the fiscal year July 1, 1984, to June 30, 1985, for the payment of approved claims for the refunding of liquid fuels taxes and fuel use taxes collected from authorities which are exempt from payment of those taxes.Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 1984, or immediately, whichever is later.
