Section 19.152 - Subparagraph in paragraphSection 2. Section 4(1)(i)(A) of the act is amended to read:Section 4. Definitions.-The following words and phrases, as used in this act, shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly requires otherwise. ***
(1) *** (i) The word "employment" shall not include- ***
(A) Service performed by an individual in the employ of his son, daughter, or spouse, and service performed by a child under the age of [twenty-one (21)] eighteen (18) in the employ of his father or mother. ***
