Section 15.153 - Time and age(a)Time. Time is expressed in figures as follows: 9:30 a.m.
4:30 p.m.
10 p.m.
12 noon
12 midnight
(b)Age. Age is expressed in figures in accordance with the following guidelines: (1) A person attains a given age on the day preceding his birthday.(2) Where the age referred to is to be included, use "18 years of age or older" and not "over 18 years of age."(3) Where both ages referred to are to be included, use "18 years of age or older and 50 years of age or under" and not "between the ages of 18 and 50."
