Section 15.124 - When not to use capitalizationCapitalization should not be used in the following circumstances:
(1) The initial word in enumerations set out as separate paragraphs which end in a semicolon.(2) A word indicating a geographic location (northern Pennsylvania).(3) References to official agencies (department) or officers (secretary) unless accompanied by the full title of such agency (Department of Revenue) or officer (Secretary of Revenue).(4) The word act, statute, section or name of minor subdivision.
