Section 15.72 - Applicability provision(a)Use. In certain cases it may be desirable to clearly identify in a separate provision of a statute persons or circumstances to which the act shall apply or not apply in whole or in part. In such case, a specific applicability provision may be used.(b)Form. An applicability provision may be in substantially the following form: (a) Except incidentally, as in sections 108, 201, 210 and 211 of this act, this act does not apply to counties of the first or second classes.(b) Except where otherwise specifically limited, this act applies to all counties of the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth classes."
