Section 9.241 - Resolutions not referred to committee(a)Senate.-Resolutions in reference to adjournment or recess or recalling bills from the Governor or relating to the disposition of matters immediately before the Senate are considered without reference to a committee.(b)House.-Resolutions privileged for the immediate consideration of the House include resolutions: (1) Recalling from or returning bills to the Governor or Senate.(2) Originated by the Committee on Rules.(3) Providing for a joint session of the General Assembly and its procedure.(4) Placing bills negatived by committees on the calendar.(5) Adjourning or recessing the House.
