Section 9.127 - Passage of vetoed bill(a)General.-If, after such reconsideration by the house of origin, two-thirds of all the members elected to that house agree to pass the bill, it is sent with the objections to the house of reference by which likewise it is re-considered and if approved by two-thirds of all the members elected to that house it becomes a law.(b)Consideration during second session.-A bill vetoed in a first regular session and not finally acted upon may be brought up for consideration during the second regular session.
