Section 9.43 - Concurrent resolutions(a)General.-A concurrent resolution is a written resolution introduced in either house which requires or contemplates the concurrence of both houses.(b)Use.-Common uses of such resolutions are for recalling a bill from the Governor or the other house, returning a bill to the Governor, adjournments sine die or in excess of three days, recesses in excess of a week and memorializing Congress.
