Section 46.3 - Enforcement(a)Violations. Violations of this chapter shall be violations of the Mortgage Act and CDCA, as applicable.(b)Interpretation of chapter. If a loan is made in good faith in conformity with an interpretation of this chapter by the Department or the courts of this Commonwealth, a penalty for a violation of this chapter will not apply, notwithstanding that after the loan is consummated, the interpretation, rule or regulation is amended, rescinded or determined by a judicial or other authority to be invalid for any reason.
