Section 950-060-0090 - Denial, Suspension, or Revocation of Certification(1) The Authority may deny, suspend, or revoke certification when an applicant or certificate holder fails to comply with these rules.(2) The Authority shall deny, suspend, or revoke certification pursuant to ORS 183.411 through 183.470, and the applicant or certificate holder may request a contested case hearing.Or.
