Section 918-674-0135 - Lost or Damaged Insignia of Compliance(1) The owner of a prefabricated structure shall immediately notify the Division in writing of lost or damaged insignias of compliance.(2) Damaged insignia shall be promptly returned to the Division. Upon payment of a replacement insignia fee, the Division will replace damaged and lost insignia.Or. Admin. Code § 918-674-0135
