Section 918-050-0800 - Permit Surcharges(1) A one-percent surcharge will be assessed upon the total permit fees collected pursuant to ORS 455.210(4)(c).(2) Effective January 1, 2008, a four percent surcharge will be assessed upon the total permit fees collected pursuant to ORS 455.210(4)(d).Or.
