Section 918-030-0060 - Reapplying After Failed Examination(1) An applicant who fails an examination may reapply for the license at any time as provided in OAR 918-030-0020. There is no waiting period to reapply after a failed exam.(2) An applicant who reapplies is not required to re-qualify for examination or provide work history information unless the requirements for the license have changed since the applicant originally applied for the license.(3) Exam retakes are scheduled no less than 30 days from the date of the failed exam.Or.
