Section 863-017-0000 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Applicability and Purpose(1) This division sets forth the requirements and process for registering residential property wholesalers, as those terms are defined in Oregon Laws 2024, chapter 3, section 1 and 2.(2) The purpose of this division is to specify the requirements for obtaining the desired residential property wholesaling registration.Or.
