Section 860-022-0000 - Applicability of Division 22(1) The rules contained in this Division apply to energy utilities and large telecommunications utilities, as defined in OAR 860-022-0001.(2) Upon request or its own motion, the Commission may waive any of the Division 022 rules for good cause shown.
