Section 860-001-0470 - Resolutions(1) Properly authenticated resolutions of governing bodies of government, business, agricultural, or civic organizations may be received in evidence if offered at the hearing by the president, secretary, or other person authorized to offer the resolution.(2) Parties may rebut the authenticity of the resolution or the circumstances surrounding its adoption.(3) Recitals of fact contained in resolutions are not proof of the facts. The Commission or ALJ may receive a resolution for the limited purpose of showing the official action of the resolving body to the extent relevant in the proceedings.Or. Admin. Code § 860-001-0470
