Section 851-006-0020 - Definitions beginning with the letter "B"

(1)"Board", for the purposes of these rules, means the Oregon State Board of Nursing. The Board is a nine (9) member Governor-appointed public body legislatively authorized to regulate nursing education, licensure and practice per ORS 678.101 thru 678.448.

(2)"Board Order" means the document describing the terms and conditions of the public discipline imposed by the Board.

(3)"Business Day" means Monday through Friday 0800-1630, except legal holidays as defined in ORS 187.010 or 187.020.
